Position Overview:
As an Agile Coach, you will work closely with cross-functional teams across the globe to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and agility. You’ll help our teams adapt agile methodologies, guide them through transformations, and mentor both new and seasoned team members to achieve high performance. You’ll play a key role in facilitating team success and ensuring our delivery approach remains responsive, iterative, and focused on value. Experience with coaching in the software development field is a plus, as it will help you align closely with our teams and their specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a coach and mentor to agile teams, ensuring consistent, effective agile practices.

• Guide teams in implementing Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban or other agile frameworks, as appropriate.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives, feedback loops, and experimentation.

• Support teams in managing dependencies, improving delivery flow, and achieving self-organization.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other stakeholders to align on priorities and team objectives.

• Provide training and workshops for teams and leadership on agile best practices and mindset.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for organizational improvement and agile scaling.

• Help resolve conflicts and remove impediments to team progress.

• Track and measure team performance to drive improvements.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working as an Agile Coach or;

• 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban), Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, CSP) are a plus.

• Experience coaching distributed teams across multiple time zones.

• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, or similar.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.

• Ability to foster a collaborative, positive, and innovative team environment.

• Experience in scaling agile practices across larger organizations (e.g., SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
