ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to own our go-to-market efforts, craft compelling product narratives, and position our solutions to resonate with the right audience. Acting as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, you’ll play a critical role in transforming technical features into customer-focused value propositions and driving adoption across global markets.

The mission of this role is to successfully drive product adoption, sales enablement, and market impact. Within the first 6 months, you will lead the launch of at least two products or major features, ensuring they meet target adoption rates. By equipping the Sales team with effective tools and insights, you will enhance their pitch confidence and ability to handle objections, resulting in measurable improvements in pipeline conversion rates. Leveraging data-backed market analysis, you will refine product positioning and messaging to inform go-to-market strategies and drive tangible business outcomes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:
  • Own end-to-end product launches: define target audiences, select optimal channels, and create strategies to ensure adoption and success.
  • Collaborate closely with Product teams to translate complex technical features into impactful go-to-market strategies.
2. Positioning & Messaging:
  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging that aligns with customer pain points, drives engagement, and sets us apart in competitive markets.
  • Continuously refine positioning and messaging based on market feedback and evolving business priorities.
3. Sales Enablement:
  • Equip Sales teams with tools like battlecards, sales decks, FAQs, and product guides to effectively communicate value and overcome objections.
  • Conduct training and workshops to ensure Sales teams are confident in presenting product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
4. Market Insights & Analysis:
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and win/loss studies to uncover trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Leverage these findings to inform product positioning, GTM strategies, and content development.
5. Customer-Centric Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create engaging, customer-focused content, including blogs, product pages, guides, and case studies.
  • Own the messaging throughout the customer journey, ensuring alignment across awareness, acquisition, and retention stages.
6. Performance & Impact Measurement:
  • Define and track success metrics, including adoption rates, conversion rates, pipeline impact, and competitive win/loss outcomes.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and demonstrate the impact of product marketing efforts.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align priorities, share insights, and execute initiatives effectively.
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” to ensure product direction aligns with market needs.


YOUR PROFILE:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, or relevant roles in SaaS/B2B technology environments.
  • Proven success in launching products, developing GTM strategies, and driving adoption.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning aligned to customer pain points.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with content strategies, performance metrics, and marketing channels.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and organized mindset with strong project management skills.
