POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Product Director with a passion for WordPress to own the long-term product vision for our WordPress solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating meaningful solutions that enhance the WordPress experience within our products, from site creation to site management, security, performance, and more. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading web hosting companies, build innovative solutions, and contribute to the expansion of WebPros' products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Own the long-term product vision and strategy for WordPress solutions.

· Manage a team of Product Managers with a focus on WordPress.

· Keep current on the competitive WordPress landscape and user needs, conduct competitive analysis, and drive opportunities for innovation.

· Define product success metrics and regularly track their performance.

· Participate in cross-product projects to ensure customer and business objectives are being fulfilled.

· Influence partner teams to invest in critical dependencies that speed/scale value delivery.

· Drive initiatives to engage customers in the product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond.

· Champion a culture of data-driven decision making, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ years of combined experience in Product Management with WordPress and webhosting products.

· 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers or Product Owners in a global remote work environment.

· Actively involved in the WordPress community.

· Demonstrated ability to think strategically and build business cases based on data.

· Able to communicate effectively in a global company to technical, non-technical, and commercial audiences.

· Always curious and continuously learning.
