Career in WebPros

The product manager will work on a project to develop and grow a solution designed to fit hosting companies’ needs and contains all the necessary features to start a Hosting or WebAgency business. 
  
This is a remote position for candidates in South America, Mexico and Canada.

Must be able to work in Central Standard Time (CST)

Responsibilities: 

• Track market trends from a web hosting technology perspective and keep product up2date with it.

• Conduction of deep technical interviews to understand customers' scenarios.

• Contribution to RoadMap together with other PMs group and collaborate with the engineering team to deliver it

• Collaboration with the Sales and Marketing teams to define GTM and promote the solution to new customers.

• Conduction of market research, product metrics analysis, customer research, and building a strategy for product growth

• Definition and analysis of the key product metrics to validate the growth progress. 
  
  Qualifications:
  Fluent English, experience in the role, technical background (ideally in the Webhosting domain).

  Fluency in English Proven experience on the same role Ability for self-organization, excellent listening, and teamwork skills Critical and analytical mindset Capability to lead difficult discussions with different stakeholders Technical background (ideally in the Webhosting domain) Knowledge of Webhosting or related technology domain with B2B or B2B2C model. Critical Mindset and well-structured mindset A capability to lookup for the information, analyze the assorted information, make conclusions, and produce actionable decisions. In an exaggerated form: "Garbage info on the input, clearly explained and clarified decision on output." It's very important to have structured information not only said but also written in the docs portal. Self-organization and teamwork It's critical to be self-organized to get all required input/talk to the necessary people and autonomously collaborate with them. Establish good informal relationships for efficient work. Listening An important part of the PM's role is listening to and understanding their audiences’ problems and doubts. By understanding their concerns, tailored content can be adapted to answer their questions, and the concerns should be reasonably addressed in the product RoadMap. Product Management Hard Skills & Experience Capability to do market research, product metrics analysis, customer research, and building a strategy to grow a product. Definition and analysis of the key product metrics to validate how the growth goes.  Knowledge of Webhosting or related technology domain with B2B or B2B2C model.
