POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving key sales growth initiatives within the Americas region. This role presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with industry-leading web hosting companies, nurture strategic partnerships, and contribute to the expansion of WebPros' market presence in the Americas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the Americas region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and initiatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand product adoption and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management, to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
  • Actively monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business reviews to key stakeholders, showcasing the value proposition of WebPros' products and solutions.
  • Effectively manage sales pipelines, forecast accuracy, and reporting requirements using CRM tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish (required), and Portugese (preferred), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B software sales environment.
  • Experience in selling web hosting, SaaS, or IT infrastructure solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
 

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to work remotely or in an office environment for extended periods of time; manual dexterity (eye/hand coordination); repetitive arm/hand movements; work remotely or in an office environment.

Specific abilities required by this job include: Near vision; hearing; ability to transport oneself as needed throughout the day; ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display.

WebPros/cPanel is a 24/7 operation and nontraditional or extended hours (including weekends) may be occasionally required.
